Let’s talk about THE ONLY way to improve your confidence in your life, your work, your fitness, your body, etc. Accountability. What do I mean by that? If you say you’re going to do something, do it. It’s truly as easy as that. If you say you’re a person who works out on Mondays, GO to the gym, do your walk, get your movement in on Monday! Why? Because you are counting on you, that’s why. You are the easiest person in your life to let down. We will do it 10/10 times. So when you say you’re going to do something do it! Surprise yourself, do what you don’t normally do, do something different! And different means doing the thing you said you were gonna do. You cannot expect anyone to take you seriously if you can’t even take you seriously. Tired of people walking all over you? Stand up. Where does the confidence to stand up come from? Standing up when your gut says “I don’t like this, or this isn’t for me!” Standing up over and over and OVER again, until it’s second nature. Go to the gym for as many Mondays as it takes before it’s the normal. Pack your damn lunches like you keep saying you’re going to until a meal out goes back to being the abnormal. Initiate sex with your husband or wife like you expect them to do every time. Stop waiting for someone else’s actions or words to be the reason you feel confident. Hint: It’s not real confidence if it isn’t coming from YOU. You’re worth it.

Apply this to every single aspect of your life and watch your confidence explode.
